Rex is a native of California who has been with our firm since 2000. He graduated with honors from Empire College in Santa Rosa in 2004 and was licensed to practice in November of the same year. Prior to entering the legal field, he graduated magna cum laude with high distinction in his major field from the University of California, San Diego, and he has Master’s degrees from that institution and the University of New Brunswick in Canada.
Rex’s academic honors include the Lord Beaverbrook Scholarship (from the University of New Brunswick) and the Witkin Award for Excellence in the Field of Constitutional Law. In part because of his deep and wide knowledge of history, literature and historical jurisprudence, he was recently named Professor of History of Law and Jurisprudence at Empire College.
He is admitted to practice law in all the State Courts of California as well as the Federal Court in the Northern District of California.
He shares his colleagues’ commitment to injury victim and consumer rights and other rights embodied in our state and federal constitutions and statutes.
