The street-facing view of an Olympic Village home in Lake Tahoe, where the CPW Garden Fence encompasses some 500 running feet of a unique riverfront vacation home. No different than coordinating a fashionable ensemble, the artful wood fence must comply with the surroundings--simple open pickets and subtle joinery do justice to pine trees, mountain views, and the Truckee River. |

In essence, the only separation on either side of the fence is the existence of a lawn, and if there is an actual function to a perimeter fence in such surroundings, we might consider the very real issue of 600-pound black bears drawn close by the scent of breakfast. |
