The combination Garden Fence Panels and Gate were designed to help announce a newly created courtyard, where there was once a driveway. The panels feature an upper grid drawn from the front residence window, and lower pickets spaced a little closer for partial privacy, while not the full resistance of a solid lower panel. The lower center stile to mimic the front elevation residential window, seen in the image below. |

The three resident munchkins. Over the course of this commission, our patron's house phone had Charles' number in the speed dial. The munchkin on the left, the charming angel who appears primed for a 1st round draft choice by the Chicago Bears, took to calling Charles. Babbling in a tongue beyond comprehension and Charles listens, and listens, and listens, knowing that in her own mind she is saying something meaningful and coherent. Saying this to Charles. The calls would go on until she either suddenly, without fanfare, says bye and hangs up. Or her mother takes the phone and what ensued was a verbal tug of war between mother and daughter that had the signposts of epic clashes ahead. |
