Each Custom Wood Garden Gate is made to order, often designed to
the more telling details of your surrounding architecture and landscape. |
It
began in Charles' grandfather's shop in Champaign, Illinois, back
around 1957. Progressing onto a long apprenticeship of site
work and custom home construction with his father. Returning
to the shop environment in the mid-70's, and followed ten years
later by #2 son, Ben Prowell, beginning his own apprenticship at
2 years old and today, shown below, carrying on the obligation
with a flurry of up-and-coming Prowell's in the shop and looking
to their beloved older cousin Ben for all things wise and tutorial.
