Venue Information
The Music Bowl

All seating is general admission on the grassy land.
We want everyone to have the same opportunity to find a good spot to watch the main stage performances. In the interest of fairness and cooperation, we ask everyone to adhere to the following rules:

1. A separate waiting line will be formed at each of the two entrance gates (Meadowlands and Riverside) each performance day. The people in the lines will be allowed to enter the Music Meadow when it opens.

2. Each person in the line will be allowed to bring in low chairs or a blanket or ground cover to save room for no more than four people total. Please don't use tarps, plastic, or any covering that will smother our meadow.

3. You must be present and waiting in the line to reserve your four places. Any groundcovers or chairs that are left in line without a person present will be moved to the lost and found. Of course porta-pottie breaks are reasonable, but if you leave your gear for an extended period, you will lose your place. If any other people join you in line after it has formed, they can only be one of the people you are securing a seat for. Anyone with chairs or blankets to secure more seating must go to the end of the line. No holding places, no cuts.

4. Security will keep the waiting lines to one edge of the pathway to allow access for working vehicles and crew.

5. The Music Meadow opens at noon on Friday, and at 7AM on Saturday and Sunday. At that time people will be allowed in, a few at a time, from both lines. Please walk, don't run.

6. If you bring a groundcover that will take up more than is adequate for four people, our security crew will help you fold it to an appropriate size. If you bring chairs unreasonably taller than the ones around you, you may be asked to place them in the side areas. Please do not move other people's gear. If you think someone is taking too much room, contact the security people in the Music Meadow.

7. No special privileges: vendors, volunteers, and concert staff who wish to sit in the audience area must wait in line and follow the same rules as the patrons.

8. The alter-abled area is restricted to the person who needs it and one attendant. Because this area fills up, please no entourages.

9. All chairs, blankets, etc, must be removed at the end of the concert each night. We will do our best to collect anything left in the Music Meadow and bring it to the lost and found. However, we cannot be responsible for anything left overnight.

10. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact the security crew that will be assisting the waiting lines before the Music Meadow opens.

We are trying to do this in the fairest manner possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
