If you are a Babkirk, then we must be related........

...........This statement is repeated by every Babkirk I have met in the last two years of my genalogy researching. This year, the genealogy project has come together in many ways -- including the discovery of five of Ronald Bruce Babkirks (1906-1985) children. Four of them have never met in person but have been emailing each other. They will meet for the first time in person at the reunion. Beverly B. Babkirk (no, not Norman's wife) has not been located yet, but we plan to do our best before the reunion.

Fun and Games in Cottage Grove

Some of us have never met each other and some brothers and sisters will meet each other in person for the first time. On the main reunion day we will gather together to create a 16 foot mural of the family history, which will include all of our memories, stories and pictures pasted to and drawn on the mural. The mural process is fun, fascinating, and both kids and adults will love to contribute. This will be followed by a big Barbeque in the afternoon.
