Selecting Menu Item "Manage Custom Sizes" from the "Page Size" menu of Page Setup Dialog opens the custom page window.

Here is the "Custom Page Sizes" window open and showing settings for sheet size 24in x 36in.
You can create a new page by clicking duplicate and changing the settings.
Or click "+". Double Click the page name to edit the name.
It seems entries should be in portrait form: Page Width less than Page Height.
