Creates 4 Side View Models with labels on "Elevation Models" Layer. See example below.
Download Plugin ElevMod.vsm.zip--place in "Plug-ins" folder, use workspace editor to enable menu item.

Requirements:

VW8.5: ElevMOD3.0 must be run as an external script or Plug-in Menu item....due to the behavior of scripted "Copy" and "Paste" commands.WARNING:
IF any script palletes are open. The scripted menu commands, "Copy" and "Paste" may duplicate a script on the command pallete instead of copying and pasting the "MODEL" to the elevation model layer.
The ElevMod script will ask you to confirm all script pallete windows are closed. If "No" is checked the script will be canceled. Close ALL script palletes and run ElevMod again.
VW9.5: Script may be run from a script palette.
Once you have created or linked a 3D model on "MODEL" layer in VectorWorks...Run "ElevMODELs" command and it will...
- Ask for horizontal and vertical separation distance of the 4 views.
- Copy the model from the layer "MODEL".
- Create or Clear the layer "Elevation Models"
- Paste, Group, Rotate and move 4 copies of the model and set the layer view to "Front"
- The individual models can be copied and pasted to other layers, copy converted to lines, etc.
- Rerunning ElevMOD will erase and redraw the "Elevation Models" layer.
- Separation distances and view labels are remembered in worksheet "ElevMod parram"
