·     Normally responsible for pre-building, setup and QC of 3D Video Motion Capture
systems. Tested systems for data acquisition via both video and analog interfaces.
Worked directly with VP of Operations to track progress of multiple systems during
manufacturing process. Worked with others in my department to facilitate their
processes and effectively utilize resources.

·     Developed manufacturing and test procedures. Created technical
documentation of manufacturing and test procedures.

·     Conceptualized and designed products, product improvements, and working
environments for product support, demonstrations, and trade shows.

·     Worked with Development Engineers and vendors designing new product line,
creating custom test assemblies and prototypes, measuring and
analyzing aspects of video system components and lighting equipment.

·     Implemented policies and procedures that doubled production output. Also
started an effective recycling program enthusiastically supported by fellow
employees.

·     Supervised and trained both temporary and permanent production personnel.

·     Served company at trade shows as booth coordinator and as AV engineer.

·     Responsible for 2000 move of company Production, Inventory, Purchasing and
Shipping / Receiving departments to offsite facility. Created floor plan layouts in
CAD program, designed Systems Test / Build Room, coordinated
move and installation of communications equipment with Pacific Bell Centrex
