This is a field RTU. Inside the box is the old RTU which is
about to be removed. Mounted on the door is the new Rugid
7D RTU which will take over control of the station when the
old RTU is gone. As of this time all the old RTUs are gone.
The Rugids have been moved on to the back walls.
