THE GREAT CONSPIRACY
WHEN SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT designate large groups of people to adisadvantageous status in society, very seldom is it the product of a mistake or accident. Law governs all events. And Law is government. Compare the present-day circumstances of the Bosnian Muslims in Yugoslavia. More domestically, look at the plight of the millions of White women who only achieved the right to vote in the time of Susan B. Anthony, August 1920, when she championed the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment. Such is and always has been the unrelenting plight of the Black Man in America.
Here I will let Ms. Anthony speak: "We will not hold ourselves bound to obey laws in which we have no voice or representation. Until now, woman's discontent has been steadily increasing, culminating nearly thirty years ago in a simultaneous movement among the women of the nation demanding the right of suffrage... It was the boast of the founders of the republic that the rights for which they contended were the rights of human nature. If these rights are ignored in the case of one-half the people, the nation is surely preparing for its downfall. Governments try themselves. The recognition of a governing and a governed class is incompatible with the first principles of freedom."
"Surely preparing for its downfall!" What a splendid forecast made by Ms. Anthony. The same United States Constitution in Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3, classified the Black Man as 3/5 of a man, requiring 5 persons to make 3 voting persons. The wise guys on Capitol Hill should pay homage to Ms. Anthony's wisdom-recognizing that a governing and governed class is incompatible with the first principles of freedom! The history of Black men in America is proof that this recognition hasn't happened.
Evidence of the above is an act of conspiracy to conceal eighteen of the twenty sections constituting the 13th Amendment to the Free National Constitution of the United States. The 13th Amendment calls for (1) emancipation of the slaves; (2) a general registration for the freed people to proclaim their nationality, thereby becoming lawful national and international citizens; and (3) making provisions for their compensation with money and land. Members of the elder class of the Black community popularly know these concealing acts as "The Great Conspiracy."
Capitol Hill, scene of the Million Man March, has never emancipated the African slaves in America. A recent Jet poll dated Oct. 27, 1995, titled "National Report number of Black men in judicial system" states that "If one out of three young white men were under criminal justice supervision the nation would declare a national emergency." What this means is that the Black male population is enslaved. A few isolated instances of such calamity could be rationally justified, but 1 out of 3 Black men-young Black men? Please! Do I look like Chopped Liver? This point teaches that Black men, due to their economic status, have never been able to realize emancipation. Add to that all of the Mark Furhman types that Black men have experienced for 300 plus years.
Secondly, General Registration has not been a reality. Article 1, Section 2, Clause 3 is still in the Constitution today. Why is it that White citizens look upon Black men as less significant than themselves? Unquestionably, it is not because we lack intellectual skills. Unquestionably, they don't discriminate because of our physical abilities or lack thereof. Simply stated, white citizens are taught by those clothed in the power of state to look upon us in a discriminatory fashion. If the lawmakers did not mean for the masses in America to view us as 3/5 men, then they would remove this language from the very first paragraph of the very first article of their constitution!
Third, Blacks of North America have never been compensated by Land and Money as the 13th Amendment and its twenty sections required. Had this been done, we would have had the economic base to act other than as desperadoes who had to scrape and beg for work. Money is power in any society, and even more so in a capitalist society. We necessarily turn to lives of crime because the overwhelming majority of us are not blessed with the luxury of economic opportunity. Land and Money could have given us the break to have equal opportunity from the gate and not rehabilitative crutches such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Affirmative Action, the Civil Rights Act, etc.
We can't view our capabilities through eyes of fantasy, thinking that there's something magical the Black man can do in an otherwise hopeless situation. Don't focus on the out-of-reach proposition. Instead, exercise limited capacities. Even if you are a dope dealer, a good dope dealer is one who would never have his product supervised by persons who allow or cause the lives of children and innocent women to be taken in the name of his dope. Even if you were a thief, your hands should never steal from the honest working man or the poor. Even if you are a professional gambler, you should not prey upon the little guys and girls. Consider that if you exercise compassion, you would treat everybody's baby as your own and not exploit the innocence of a youngster just to satisfy your gains.
Finally, why are there hundreds of thousands of illegal guns in our communities utilized by our children to their own destruction? I know of no Black children who go to the Mayor and City Council with clear records and get permits to purchase and carry guns to protect themselves and their community. I propose that the Old Heads do all we can to prevent the children from owning illegitimate guns and developing criminal records. Make certain that these children can get licenses, weapons, training, and the desire to protect their communities from anyone who would seek to reduce them to the painful conditions of society that exist in their lives today.
Compassion for the children should be the linchpin and anchor of every community. I am the father of three children and the grandfather of three. I love those whom I helped to create and that makes me very compassionate. The young Black children need our help-indeed the young children of all races need our help. Have compassion. Don't be selfish. Give the children a chance!
