2003 - Present
Web Developer, Santa Rosa, CA
Currently I am using my web development skills as an independent contractor. I develop web sites from setting up the ISP to the final product. This includes the use of HTML, style sheets, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, PhotoShop and any other web based applications required to get the job done.

1998 - 2002
Applications Engineer and Web Developer, Dillon Weigh-Tronix, Santa Rosa, CA
Develop products to meet specific application requirements through software, hardware and mechanical engineering. Develop and manage the Dillon web page using Perl, CGI, UNIX, JavaScript, HTML and Photoshop. Responsible for RFQ process. Management of Dillon Service School including schedule, distributor (student) contact, development of curriculum and PowerPoint presentations. Provide technical assistance to the inside sales staff, distributor network and end users.

1997 - 1998
Service Engineer, Mecmesin Inc., Santa Rosa, CA
Responsible for all operations of an electro-mechanical service department. Service focused on microprocessor controlled force gauges and test stands. Advanced models are PC interfaced. Duties included but not limited to: software, hardware and mechanical design, setup, phone support, repair, calibration, inventory, ordering, shipping and receiving. Also functioned as the LAN network administrator. Mecmesin web site development assistance; animated GIF's and content.
1989 - 1997
Manager, The Bicycle Factory, Petaluma, CA
Duties included employee interviewing, training, supervision and productivity management. Facilitated inventory control and ordering utilizing Macintosh computers. Supervised sales floor and repair department. Managed daily bookkeeping and cash control.

1987 - 1988
Owner/Operator, DAES
Responsible for all operations of an electronics repair company. Service focused on microprocessor based irrigation controllers and musical equipment. All repairs were completed to component level.

1985 - 1987
Electro-Optical Service Engineer, Geodimeter Inc.
Serviced electro-optical distance meters which required precision electrical, optical and mechanical alignments. Components include visible Lasers, high output infrared diodes, and high accuracy photo electric angle sensors.

1983-1984
Field Service Engineer, Union Oil Geothermal Division
Installed and maintained seismic networks in Northern and Southern California. Responsibilities included design, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance of systems which include transducers, low noise amplifiers, multiplexers, voltage controlled oscillators and high frequency transmitters and receivers.
