Saturday, July 7th - Peter's Babe Ruth 15-year All-Star wins the District 6 Championship game at Baylands Park. The championship was won after two tough games. Peter was the catcher for San Mateo for 10 of the 14 innings played. He was the winning pitcher on the mount in the dramatic conclusion. Peter Whitney ripped a ground-rule double to center in 6th inning of the final game.
