It is a slow process if you want to save the floor finish. You could always use a solvent, but then you have other problems.
People wonder why it cost so much to remove old floorcoverings. It takes time, a lot of time to do it right and not ½ assed. Time is always money.
Everyone wants things done right now and quickly. The finished and lasting results will show it too.
