Can you give me some hints about removing lino, and leveling the existing floor? My floor is going to have to be screwed down to the floor joists to remove some of the squeeking. What kind of styrofoam roll material do you put down over the existing floor and under the laminate to give some padding and help "level" the floor? Also, how do you trim the bottom of hallway doors when using T-mouldings, and how do you interface carpet and laminate? I'm also in Calgary and have been frustrated in price shopping. where did you buy? Please respond via email if possible.
