Lisa is right about that one. If you paid a professional to do it the first time, you are entitled to have it replaced by the same installer
Hopefully you still have the receipt for the work. Off course the second time there may be extra costs involved as well. Or than again maybe not. Every job is different. But if you have an installer that you wish to use be sure to insist that they use them!
