I was reading the comment about the yellowing of floors from last summer.
I have similar situation and have been told it was related to the subfloor. The plywood manufacturer
doesn't seem to think that is too likely because the
agent would have to leech upward through the vinyl
to the top to discolor it. Also the glue is the same as is used in plywood sidings and if the glue
had those properties then it would have been a problem
with it coming to the face of pywood sidings which i would think
are more poros than floor covering. Any other ideas
about yellowing on a congoleum floor?
