Need opinions on Bruce Simply Natural wood floor/install.

I have been investigating wood floors for a few months while my new home is being built. When completed, I plan to install wood flooring in the entire downstairs. A product that looks good to me is the Bruce Simply Natural wood flooring which uses the "peel and stick" approach. I plan to put this down directly on top of the clean concrete slab.

My question is this: Does it work/stick/stay? Does it look good? Any problems or general comments? Also, any other flooring I should be looking at?
