What color hardwood floor with natural maple cabinets?

I'm building a house and have my heart set on natural maple cabinets. I want hardwood flooring - but I'm not sure what color I should get. Natural Oak was my first choice, but that doesn't match with the maple. I'm concerned natural maple floor & cabinets will blend too much (be drab), I am considering a butterscotch type oak floor with this. The countertop will be a sort of green leave type blend (Formica green leaves). Can you provide some ideas?
