Thanks to all who responded! I've decided (I think) to go ahead and go with the natural maple hardwood floors and natual maple cabinets. I'm still not 100% on the countertop but I think I like Formica's New Leaves (anyone have any suggestions/thoughts on that). Now I just have to figure out what color appliances would look best (black,white,bisque).
