Nanofill™ 1

Innovadyne Technologies, Inc. offers the Nanofill 1 as a single-channel solution for non-contact, low-volume dispense. This benchtop instrument is designed for integration into your current liquid handler by mounting directly to its stage. With a dispense range of 100 nL through 10 µL, and high precision, the Nanofill 1 offers an economical solution for transfers of expensive or scarce reagents.

The system incorporates Innovadyne's proprietary Hybrid Valve architecture, found in Innovadyne's larger systems, separating the sample aspiration path from the solenoid actuator. This separation significantly reduces maintenance as the sample or reagent is never in contact with any moving parts. Applications such as protein crystallography, assay miniaturization, PCR reaction setup, and diagnostic test kit production can all benefit from the addition of a Nanofill 1 component. The device comes equipped with an ActiveX control for easy integration into your application.
