Returns:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE FACTORY, AND ACCOMPANIED BY A FACTORY
ISSUED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. Freight to
the factory is prepaid by the returnee. EMG reships repairs and replacements
Orange Label, freight prepaid. Company policy is that simple repairs be
shipped back to the customer with two working days, sooner if possible.
Complex wiring problems may take longer.

Damaged Shipments:
Damage claims must be made immediately with the carrier upon receipt of goods.
