Toshino Pruno; Managing Director

Mr. Pruno's background includes 23 years in corporate development and finance. Most recently he served as Director of Corporate Development in a $350M Network Support Division of Harris Corporation. While at Harris he participated and led a number of acquisitions and divestitures representing in excess of $400M.

Additionally, his responsibilities included: managing the development of strategic alliances, technology licensing and post merger integration activities. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Pruno worked in the PowerGen Division of Bechtel Corporation where he was responsible for sponsor equity formation and underwriting of significant non - recourse project debt for international power generating producers in the Pacific Rim region.

While serving at Drexel Burnham Lambert Mr. Pruno provided corporate finance services supporting high yield debt placements, sponsor equity formation and non - recourse senior debt for the power industry. Mr. Pruno began his finance career working for Security Pacific Merchant bank where his responsibilities encompassed corporate finance for Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Pruno holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Dortmund and is conversive in several languages.
