Cut government spending!

Along with cutting taxes.....

What is wrong with the picture Gearge W. is trying to paint here? Just how is he going to cut government spending ???
After all, didn't Bush say Kerry would spend...spend...spend?? What do you call all these billions Bush wants for the wrong war at the wrong time in the wrong place by the wrong president who was appointed not elected?

Here is an idea that would please the conservative Republicans...pay for the war out of pension funds and cut health benifits !! (Not those of congress of course!) And certainly do not pay for the war out of the profits big corporations make...oh no!
