Keep government out of peoples lives!

This is the height of hypocrisy! What about
attempting to pass a constitutional amendment to ban same sex marriages? What
about using abortion as the litmus test for future supreme justices in order
to overturn Roe v.s. Wade?? Does anyone really believe Bush when he says "not
to tell citizens how to live their lives"???
What Bush really means is not to tell corporations to stop polluting the environment. He really wants to eliminate all environmental protection so that corporations can earn the maximum profit, let the people and the future of their children be damned. After all, where does he get all that campaign money? Who are his wealthyest supporters? He uses the right wing extreme fundamentalist Christians to support him so they can get the money to enforce their fanatical adgendas. If those right wing Christians did not receive financial support from giant corporations by way of the Republican Party, they would fade from the political arena as a fringe cult.
There is an unholy alliance between the corporations and fundamentalist Christians...they need each other to force down the throats of Americans their narrow beliefs. These beliefs have their foundations in the philosophies of such people as Julian Simon and Pat Robertson. This alliance makes up the force behind the present day Republican party.
