The town and Duchy of Orléans lies about sixty miles south southwest of Paris. King Philip IV created the title of Duke of Orleans for his second son Philip in 1344. At this time I believe the field should be a field of fleurs-de-lys instead of just three fleurs-de-lys. (The royal flag made this change in the 1360s.)

The Seigneury of Bellegarde (Bellegarde-du-Loiret) is about forty miles due south of Paris.

The town and Countship of Giens is sixty miles south (and a touch to the east) of Paris. The title holder was Louis d'Evreux, Count of Étampes and Gien.

The town and Countship of Nemours is about forty miles south south-west of Paris. It appears to have been attached to the royal domain in 1358. It was elevated to a countship in 1364 and given to Jean de Grailly, captal de Buch. In 1400 it was elevated to a duchy and Charles III of Evreux, king of Navarre.
