Up to fourteen French crossbow elements can be fielded, any of which can be Reg Bw(I) representing city militia. The drawback to this is that any so take subtract from the number of skirmishers that you can field. Taking them as regulars allows you to move them with any pavisiers or Genoese. However, fielding a large block of regular troops isn’t the forté of the Medieval French army!
