French MASH Unit

[Victims awaiting the aid of the French MASH unit]

My army is stored in a large plastic fishing tackle box. Nothing fancy. No flexible magnet bases with thin sheets of steel in the carrying case. Just gravity keeps them in place. On one of the many family excursions to Club Stella (she being Dave Lauerman's wife - our two families are quite close and we visit them frequently), I naturally brought the boys along for Dave and I to engage in some civilized mayhem. After an intercultural exchange or two, I packed up the army into the tackle box and placed them on a chair. Along comes Michael "Shiva" Lauerman and, in the way of young boys, experiences a slight interference with the tackle box in the time-space continuum. The tackle box, proving to be a quite moveable object, accedes to a superior force and lands on the floor upside-down. The knights being stored in the cavernous bottom section alone take 80% casualties. The victims were triaged and various body parts reunited with their owners. But after a mere hour in surgery, Doctors Krazy and Elmers were able to release all the victims from the hospital to be reunited with their loved ones.
