Returns Policy on Boots and shoes The Cobbler is a family owned and operated company that offers discounted prices to retail customers. Due to our bargain prices on all boots and shoes, we must maintain a strict return policy. We ask therefore that you be sure that what you are ordering is what you really want. If you are uncertain, please contact us to ensure your satisfaction. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. Only if you have not used the product will you receive authorization to return the item. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee for all returned items. You will have 14 days from receipt of your equipment in which you may return it to The Cobbler for a refund. Exchanges Exchanges for other items may be done only if the item has not been used.  Try the boots or shoes on indoors to ensure proper fit. If the boots/shoes do not fit to your satisfaction, please return them in the original box and we will replace them until you are satisfied with the size and fit. All exchanges must be authorized. Credit will be given for the purchase price only. The return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. There will be a $5.00 charge for all exchanges. The Cobbler makes no warranty expressed or implied. Most of our products have a warranty. All Warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.
