The family I grew up with was Mom, Dad, 2 older sisters and 1 younger
brother. (2 girls, 2 boys; how did they manage that?) Cleve and Bobby
Parker (Dad and Mom). Then Debbie Parker (now Debbie Smith), then
Christie Parker, then me (in those days Tony Parker before I started
going by a middle name) and then Jimmy Parker (now Jim).
We grew up pretty much in West Branch Iowa. Much of the small town
was related to me (the banker, the mayor, the post office, the school
board). The family there was very musical and family gatherings were a
blast. All 4 of us kids sang and played instruments. Amoung the 4 of us
we had I think 9 instruments AND a soprano, alto, tenor and bass. I was
bass vocals and percushion instrumentals (that means drums, 9 years of
schooling at it).
I attended West Branch High School and graduated in the Class of '74.
Every once in a while I do a search for West Branch on the Internet. So
far it hasnt come up much.
Well that covers alot of Iowa until I joined the Air Force in 74.

At that time I met Connie Vining in Fairfield, California. Her Mom,
Linda Handa, was working at the SPCA with me and brought me home to tutor
her daughter. I still get lots of cracks about mom bringing me home from
the SPCA but didnt think Connie would KEEP me.

We were married in Dover Park at sunset, 1976. In 77 we had Gandy, our
special needs child. (no name for it, new to the world. De Novo Mutation.
C6p+ for those that understand such things) He is a dream to raise. In 79
we had Mithrandir (who now wants to be called Anthony, his middle name, go
figure).

We have bought a house here in Vacaville. Pretty nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2
car garage, fireplace. A BIG back yard with grapes and 3 fruit trees
(peach plum and orange), 5 other trees, roses, lots of grass.

EDIT: I have 2 big dogs in the back yard. Sugar and Spice. (we refer to
them as the Moat Monsters). They are very well trained. We also have 3
large house cats which are well trained also (altho like most cats they
choose when to mind or not).

EditEdit: Connie has left us. We have been separated a decade now. Mith
has married. He & his wife Jenn live with me and are a great help in
taking care of Gandy (who also still lives with me and probably will for
what life he has left).
