Pete's Comments

It was a great day, maybe the most special hours I've ever spent with the Beat. A million thanks to everyone who came. We really are an extended family. What a thrill it was to see our old friends who we wish weren't so far away. We had 11 of the 14 Brass Beat winners in attendance!!

Special thanks to TC Wright for the photography (can't wait to see the pictures) and to both TC and Greg Lukoski for helping put everything together. Of course, the greatest appreciation goes to Jim Harvey, Dennis O'Brien and Kevin Austin for coming up with the big idea in 1987 that made the Beat a reality.
