MPEG compression, a method of reducing the size of digital video files, is explained in this extreme horizontal that spreads across two pages of Multimedia in Action. Admittedly, it doesn't look like much split in two like this, but I decided to put it in the portfolio just so I could show you the animation that Robaire created in Extreme 3D specifically for this illustration.
