| Paintings in glass are made by layering powdered glass in many colors to create 'paintings'. The different colors and sizes of powdered glass melt together when fired in the kiln. Mixing and layering changes the effect of the image created. Since I am often striving to create scenes and images in my work, working with powders gives me the opportunity to invoke depth and detail that cut glass can't fully convey. Enjoy! | ||

| Trees, forests, oceans, deserts... I think it is important to our souls to surround ourselves with the things that bring us peace. I find my landscapes center me and remind me of times of calm elation. I make them to share with you the same reminder. | ||
