Shipping – Shipping on book orders is $5.00 per order for media rate, or $12.00 for Priority (your choice), exceptfor very small books, which can go first class – insurance included ($15.00 to Canada up to 1 kg, $26 up to 2 kg, $36 uo to 4 kg, $56 over 4 kg) - call or write for more exact quotes. See below for outside North America. Your quantity discount will be in the shipping – buy several books and we pay anything over the selected rate. For orders over $500 shipping is free within North America. To avoid delay please order by stock number, when shown.
International Shipping (outside of North America) – Advantageous shipping rates can often be found in the use of USPS "Flat Rate" boxes - especially for orders of several thin books. Their "Medium Flat Rate" box can accomodate about 85mm thickness of standard-sized books, which currently costs $43.23 to almost anywhere. Their "Large Flat Rate" box accomodates up to 135mm of thickness, and ships for $55.58. In either case, the maximum weight limit is 20 lbs (about 10kg). Please feel free to write for quotes on shipping individual books, or calculating what will fit in "Flat Rate" boxes. For orders over $500 shipping is 50% actual cost worldwide. The free books are still just as free, but can effect the cost of shipping.
