Dalrymple are brothers, the two birth dates are too close together. I'm assuming the month and day are right, but the year is off so I moved the year to 1832. This would be consistent with the censuses. Also his tombstone shows him age 40 yr 7 mo at death. This would also make him born in 1832. However, I don't know how the 7 months fits in.

This would not be possible unless he married a woman who already had children from a previous marriage.
