Types of membership:
Free Volunteer Membership — There is no fee. Volunteer Members may be asked from time to time to donate less than 3 hours weekly volunteer help (only as needed, when needed and if needed) per week (01.875% of your time) This will make you eligible to receive goods and services offered by the Co-op at the Co-op bulk discount rate or availability.
Vendor membership — Vendors who give discounts to our Coop members automatically receive all the benefits of membership while getting free advertising on our web site. You will also get your own web page on our web site, and you will be added to our banner advertising and any print or collateral material we may produce.
Entrepreneurs who wish to start their own online business will be given their own free online shopping cart and free web site within the Buddhi Yoga Coop. All the proceeds will go to to you, except for 5% of every sale which will go towards the operation of the coop and your only obligation will be to give the coop members the suggested coop discounts. From time to time we will request that you volunteer no more than 3 hours in one week towards our team barter systems ( less than 01.875% of your time) — basically membership is FREE. There is no money to give. By the grace of your service we will develop and maintain services and benefits that are not now available to the Vaisnava community anywhere. The Buddhi Yoga Society Co-op needs your help and you need each others' services. This “win win” synergistic foundation to our Co-op programs will be the key to yours and our successes. The Buddhi Yoga Society is a Co-op organization that is designed to be composed of, and owned by the members. It is member driven, member specific, member dependent, and member owned. The members will be in control. We will ask you to vote on all issues and matters.
