Membership is FREE. Please join our Co-operative NOW, so that we may co-operate to serve each other. Yes, 'everyone is busy and maxed out'; that is why it is a matter of ALL re-prioritizing 1.75% (less than 2%) of your lifestyle and personal time for 3 hours each week. The idea is to have you volunteer as litle time as is posisbly needed, as needed only. You will never be asked to do more than 3 hours per week. Please Join NOW. Membership is FREE.
The Teams' Online Work Spaces:
(#) Is the number of members signed on to each team. To run efficiently, we will need a minimum population of 5 to 13+ members per team. 21 is the goal for each team per country.

We will need all kinds of help to launch these projects. We have built a system where the members can manage a series of teams, each team consisting of 3, 5, or 8 members that will each take on 1 particular duty at 3 hours, each member, per week. This will add up to a collective 9, 15, or 24 hour work week (respectively), as needed (or available) for each team. We will chose a team leader for each team and give each team an online database table to track your team’s scheduled and completed tasks. This system will also keep a record of each team member's 'three-hours-per-week' volunteer service.
If a week passes by and there is no work for a particular member we recommend that this member spend those three hours in prayer for the health and welfare of the devotees and the project at large, or advocating and promoting membership to others in their temple, or preaching the importance of caring for the devotee community by serving through our Co-op, etc.
If, on the other hand you complete your three hours of service to the Co-op each week, you will either pass on, if you choose, the rest of your assignment to your team leader who will re-assign it to another team member, or if time allows (or if there is no one else available on your team) you can pick it up the following week.
There will be 3 hours a week of Seva for everybody for a long time. All these services benefit our societies, our members, and you.
As your teams grow the team leaders will Chair your team’s online-email or teleconference meetings and help to delegate and oversee as you and your team best see fit in order to serve our cause(s).
We will put a system in place where each team decides and votes on their own issues, work delegation, team leaders, etc. The Team Management Team will act as a guide and resource to make sure that qualified members are elected for your team and to address issues that your team cannot decide on their own.
The idea is that we want to create a perpetual motion machine that is not dependent on any one (1) individual and that will outlive you and me. The success of this machine will be that it will be member driven, member specific and member dependent---all by the supply and demand of 1.) the resources that we can make available as a group, and 2.) the demands (or needs) of the society and our members.
With your continued support we will shake this mountain and get it in motion.
The first task for everyone and every team is the membership drive: To drive devotees and organizations to our web site, distribute our brochures, explain the need(s) and the solution(s) which we are offering, preach about the opportunity to serve the devotees weekly, etc.
