Crystal Springs Road

Crystal Springs and Polhemus roads have suffered at the hands of El Nino this winter. In the case of Polhemus, the mud has won and a bypass is being built. Crystal Springs Road is back to normal, but it was flooded for quite a while, mainly because the SFWD had to spill water from the nearby Crystal Springs Reservoir.
