The Saturday Not Just for Novices Rides is a series of leisurely rides aimed at the novice rider with an emphasis on group riding skills and techniques. A slightly harder/longer loop will also be available for more advanced riders and as a goal for the beginning rider to aim for. Many people continue to do these rides for years after they are no longer novices, so there are usually leaders in the front and the rear of the rides.
The rides meet in front of the travel agency or the cleaners a few doors down from the 24 Hour Nautilus in the Quito Village Shopping Center on Cox between Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road. Stay for snacks, questions, answers (maybe), and general social amenities after the ride. Bring money for snacks. Route sheets provided for all rides. HELMETS REQUIRED, RAIN CANCELS.
