Steve Teng (408) 733-4706

Meet at Blossom Valley Shopping Center at Cuesta and Miramonte in Mountain
View. There are 3 classes: one for easy social riding, a moderate option in
between the hard and easy and a third for the Death Ride trainers, steep
hills, no mercy. Join the group for dinner afterwards at the local pizzeria,
Milan Pizza. Helmets and common sense required.

Thursday Night Hard Hitters
Thur, June 3 6:00 PM Sharp
25 mi. class 2.5
14/16 mph on the flat
J C Henderson h(408)996-3080 or w(408) 285-0605

Billy Goats: Usually at least one, maybe more
Grizzlies: There may be some around

Meet by the picnic area/restrooms at Rainbow Park (on the corner of Rainbow
and Johnson in San Jose across from Lynbrook High School). This will be a
training ride but not silly. We go at an M pace (14/16 mph on the flat) ,
regroup at the tops of hills and talk to each other. On occasion, if every
one feels lousy, we might even just spin miles that night. But, I am sure
that if someone has a specific hill in mind, we can accommodate. Triples are
recommended. Ride rolls at 6:00 PM sharp. Wet Pavement cancels. This is
co-listed with Almaden CTC

Billy Goats: Maybe, varied
Grizzlies: There are some around

Meet by the picnic area/restrooms at Rainbow Park (on the corner of Rainbow
and Johnson in San Jose across from Lynbrook High School). This will
mostly be a spin miles ride. Not perfectly flat, but not just
hills either. I am usually doing longer rides (centuries?) on Sundays so
this is just a get out and put in a few miles although a "why don't we do
___" will usually be accommodated. Everyone welcome. We go at the pace of
the slowest rider but try to stay in the 3 M range (14/16 mph on the flat).
Ride rolls at 6:00 PM sharp. Wet Pavement cancels. This is co-listed with
Almaden CTC.
