Another crummy result for WSV! I was really hoping that they would "bring home the bacon" against the lousy relegation candidate.
It was noticeable against Eintracht Trier, once again, that Wuppertaler SV cannot be considered one of the strongest home teams. The 0:0 score again exposed the weakness in the central midfield, that is responsible for buildup.

Zilles, N'Gombo and this time Broos had a hard time with the necessity for shutting down the opponent's play, and being creative at the same time.

On Trier's side, Sefuert, Falkenmayer and Benniy were up to the task of shutting down the opponent's play. And since on both clubs the inside defense and liberos played solid, there weren't many chances. Trier was lucky however, that in the closing minutes the ref didn't whistle a penalty on goalie Ischdonat for his foul on N'Diaye.
