Well, OK--"Zut alors!" indeed. I used to write these pages in French--or my own fractured version of it, but there are just way too many mondo-bizarro expressions in my everyday American English vocabulary for which I know no French translation, so it was getting un peu cumbersome. If you want to read the French (sort of) version, including my very first web page ever, with the photo of Handsome Naked Guy at the Palace of Versailles and my links to British Columbia, Vancouver and the San Juan Islands, you still can, and maybe I'll even add to the French page from time to time. But in the meantime, this page proceeds en anglais... BTW--If you feel compelled to know what I do for a living, you can check my faculty home page. [Be forewarned.
