FAN Bulletin #533: Legal Update on Fluoride/Osteosarcoma

March 21, 2006.

The law firm, Waters & Kraus, has announced on its website (http://www.waters-kraus.com) its intentions to work on fluoride-osteosarcoma litigation.

If past is prologue, the involvement of Waters & Kraus in the fluoride issue, is very good news indeed. Here is a quick summation of Watersı & Kraussıs previous success in defending workers poisoned by asbestos:

"In the past 10 years, the Dallas-based law firm Waters and Kraus LLP settled more than $1 billion in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation. Partner Peter Kraus said asbestos manufacturers want to limit the extent of their own liability."

According to Waters & Kraus:

"The attorneys at Waters and Kraus believe in the basic principle that businesses that hurt people should be held accountable for their actions. Having handled thousands of cases over the years, we have learned that it is only when negligence, carelessness, or recklessness becomes expensive that corporate America discovers an incentive to make the world a safer place."
