Part IX(B):  Life Control Surveillance System in Taiwan and the cases of illness/death inducing on political persons

In 1970s, Chiang Ching-Kuo's youngest son was arranged to work in Taiwan's National Security Bureau.  We believe that the young Chiang's job was actually supervising Taiwan's life controllers in order to assist President Chiang to control the activities of the Taiwan's most powerful persons.

Form 1960-80s, the Taiwan life controllers (invisible operatives) have secretly entered important persons' homes/offices, cars, etc. to keep them under close surveillance or induce illness/death on some of Taiwan's retired generals and senior politicians (who like to criticize privately Taiwan government's policies and society) in order to eliminate them without victims' knowledge.    A well-known technique of inducing cerebral hemorrhage has been also invented by these corrupted LEO's invisible operatives to knock off some important political persons whom Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo disliked.

Since chronal gun "bullets" can even penetrate thick metal, it can be used to quickly penetrate human brain to damage the arteries (to cause the arteries to burst or leak) without the victim from feel pain (or with little pain).   This technique has become a well-known technique of the involved Taiwan LEO & operatives to induce cerebral hemorrhage on their victims since 1960s.

Now, I would like to tell readers a few insider cases.

First case:
In 1960s, a senior Taiwan Legislator Yu (equivalent of the US Senator) was a strong, loyal supporter of former President Chiang Kai-Shek and Vice President, Mr. Chen Chang.

When Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo was chosen to be the Vice Secretary of National Security Council, the former senator maintained his support to Vice President Chen Chang (who had criticized the rapid promotion of Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo).

Liver dysfunction was induced on Vice President Chen Chang and he subsequently passed away.   Mr. Yan Ja-Gan (who was the originally Secretary of Treasury) was selected to be Vice President & Premier in 1966.   Also, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo was promoted to Vice Secretary of Defense that same year and became the secretary of Defense a year later. Although the Taiwan senator (legislator) was a senior member of the Defense Committee in Taiwan's Congress (Legislative Yuan) which is similar as US Congress military & intelligence Committee) oversees the Taiwan's Department of Defense and Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo (the Secretary of Defense).  However, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo believed that this Senior legislator should follow him and become his supporter.  However, although this senator was a loyal follower of Chiang Kai-Shek, he also strongly support Mr. Chen Chang to interfere with Chiang Ching-Kuo (even after Mr. Chen's death).

Since this senior legislator was serving as the chairman of Taiwan's Defense Committee, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo might have found out that this senator did not sincerely respect him and was not a loyal supporter of Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo.

After the invisibility and interdimensional travel technology was transferred to Taiwan and use in Taiwan's Surveillance system, Taiwan's invisible operatives would enter the homes high-ranking political leaders in order to keep them under closed surveillance & life control (from surveillance station/system).

According to the inside information, the technology of invisibility & interdimensional travel have been developed successfully and used in Taiwan's surveillance system since 1960s.  In the invisible electromagnetic field, the situation of the invisible personnel and their equipmrent are similar as levitation.  Thus, by using the single transportation with propellers and/or propuslion equipmentin, the invisible operative an move as a single-seated "plane."  Since the invisible situation are similar as levitation (in the secret dimension) and every invisiblle operative can use the propuslion to move as small "plane", it enable these operatives to lightly fly onto people's head to control people's brain functions. Thus, they also can lightly land on a taeget's body (on any organ) to induce illness/death without most victims' knowledge after they secretly enter people's homes/workplaces.  Since 1960s, Taiwan's invisible operatives have entered the homes of some high ranking political persons in order to keep them under closed surveillance & life control.

Based on inside information, a female operative name Sho-Yun Sheo of surveillance system was responsible to spy on the senator in his home.

In 1967, Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek was suffering from bad knees. However, this bad knees caused that he could not walk as usual and could not make surprise inspections on his subordinates. At that time, President Chiang Kai-Shek received a secret information that his son Chiang Ching-Kuo used the invisible operatives to secretly enter some victims' homes/offices to induce illness/death on some political persons whom Chiang Ching-Kuo dislike (e.g. To induce liver dysfunction on former Vice President Chang-Chen -see details on my webpage Part IX-A). This secret information caused Chiang Kai-Shek to worry that his bad knees could not be rehabilitated. That's because this information mentioned: if invisible operatives use a special weapon (chronal gun) to injure the knee (on the acupuncture point at the knee joint), this attack on the acupuncture points would temporarily cut off the blood from reaching the lower legs, thus causing the victim's lower legs to become numb. Although President Chiang Kai-Shek's knee condition was not too serious, he could not make surprise inspections on subordinates tasked with important duties. So, he was unable to obtain first-hand knowledge of how the country was being run. This knee condition also forced Chiang Kai-Shek to stay at the President's Mansion/office. Thus, at that time, he was forced to delegate most of his Presidential duties to his son, Chiang Ching-Kuo. After he had received the secret information, President Chiang Kai-Shek sent an invitation to Legislator Yu (chairman of defense committee, a similar position to chairman of military & intelligence committee in US Senate) as a regular (yearly) meeting at the Presidential Office. However, it was used to give a secret order to Legislator Yu. That's because Legislator Yu was originally trained under Chiang Kai-Shek in Whampoa Military Academy and was one of his loyal follower. In their meeting, President Chiang Kai-Shek ordered Legislator Yu to secretly check the budgets for funds for secret Defense Department program (including budgets for intelligence ) and if there is any of these secret fund could be funding the invisible operatives. Unfortunately, Legislator Yu) didn't get enough evidences before the invisible operatives induced brain-hemorrhage on him a year later (in 1968).

In a morning on 1968, President Chiang Kai-Shek summon this senator for a private meeting (as regular yearly meeting).  Operative Sheo had already entered the senator's home and follow him into his car and to the President's Office.

Under the order of Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo (Chiang Kai-Shek's son), several invisible operatives were always stationed around the President Office & Mansion in surveillance station/system.  The goal was either to protect President Chiang Kai-Shek or collect secret,  important information for Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo to obtain more political power.

When President Chiang Kai-Shek talked to this Senator (Legislator who was the chairman of the Defense Committee in Taiwan's Senate- Legislative Yuan), President Chiang Kai-Shek especially asked the Senator about his son, Chiang Ching-Kuo's recent performance after he had became the secretary of Defense.  That's also because Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo originally only served in the intelligence & political area in military.  Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo had been quickly notified the topic of discussion through the surveillance system.

However, this information upset Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo because it meant President Chiang Kai-Shek didn't fully trust his son's ability on military administration. Therefore, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo might think that he would held in the position of Secretary of Defense too long if the Senator offered criticisms to President Chiang Kai-Shek about Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo's performance.

Under such kind of consideration, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo quickly gave an order and notified the invisible operative Ms. Sheo (who was responsible to spy on the Senator in his home and who had follow the Senator to the President office) to induce brain hemorrhage on this Senator.    The goal was to avoid the Senator from further interfering with the future of Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo ( Based on inside information , this female invisible operative, Ms. Seo-Yun Sheo has been arranged to US to become an overseas operative and opened a Chinese Restaurant with others in America  to cover-up her real identity.   In 1989, She become the Greater Washington D. C. area including NE VA. Prince George County, Montgomery County of Maryland-Chinese Restaurant Committee chairman -see details on my web-page Part VII-B).  Many of these kinds of women (these operatives have used the invisibility technology) had been retired from The Young Lady working battalion (YLWB) of Taiwan Defense Department. That's because this group (YLWB) was built by Chiang Ching-Kou and become the loyal followers of Chiang Ching-Kou (e.g. Ms. Seo-Yun Sheo & Ms. Wen Yon who have moved to US and still use the invisibility technology of surveillance station/system. If anyone would like to call them to the court to prove the invisibility technology existence, I can be the witness).

Thus, after the meeting of the Senator with President, the invisible operative Ms. Sheo also followed the Senator and entered the car of Senator then went to the Taiwan Congress (Legislative Yuan) with the Senator.

When the Senator went back to Congress (Legislate Yuan) to hear Prime Minister's report, the invisible operatives Sheo flew on the top of the head of this Senator and used chronal gun to damage the Senator's artery (blood/brain barrier) in brain. This attack caused the Senator to feel sudden pain because his artery (blood/brain barrier) had been burst. Therefore, the Senator's blood seeps from the rupture into surrounding brain tissue suddenly and continue to do so. Therefore, it caused the Senator to totally lose consciousness and fell down.

It means that the Senator suddenly suffered cerebral hemorrhaging while on the floor of Taiwan's Congress (Legislative Yuan-equivalent of US Congress). Therefore, the Senator lost consciousness, fell down on the floor, and was taken to the hospital.

Why can chronal gun be used to induce brain hemorrhage?

Since chronal gun "bullets" can even penetrate thick metal, it can be used to quickly penetrate human brain to damage the arteries (to cause the arteries to burst or leak) without the victim from feel pain (or with little pain). This technique has become a well-known technique of the involved Taiwan LEO & operatives to induce cerebral hemorrhage on their victims since 1960s.

After the Soviet Union collapsed, some secret technologies of remote life manipulation have been exposed to the world.  According to inside information, some of these weapons (e.g. chronal gun, microwave radiation, etc.) have been invented since 1960s.

FATE MAGAZINE also reported on a fall, 1991 article by Emil Fedorovich Bachurin, that was published in two issues of the MOLODAYA GVARDIA MAGAZINE: The information demonstrates the kinds of weapons that fall under the heading of 'psychotronic weapons'. Bachurin described the psychotronic devices as dreadful. A human being becomes a silent cog in a hellish machine of all-devouring fear. The first, most effective, well known, destructive type, tortures the victim and then kills him. It is based on INFRASONIC RADIATION (very similar to the so-called nonlethal psychotronic devices now being pushed by the Justice Department) -- 7 hertz ELF in frequency. The human brain and peripheral nervous system cannot withstand such directed radiation. The secret of putting it to proper use is finding the right screening emitter...

Application of directed, high power microwave and ultrasound radiation is the principle between the second type of psi-weapons. Although these are two separate concepts, each one affects the nervous system equally effectively: humans lose sleep. Insomnia wrecks a human being and such weapons can be made portable.

The third type of psi-oruzhiye involves several systems: chronal emitters, chronal guns, pyramid sets, and some cavity structures. After a volley from a chronal gun, the human aura is torn to pieces, and the victim's bioenergy defense is gone. Should the energy circle around an individual's head (halo or nimbus) be hit, the mental abilities of the targeted person will be affected. Such weapon's do not kill immediately, but do maim the psyche. Prolonged exposure to bullets from such weapons systems can affect the urinary system, sexual organs, the cranial brain, and the spinal cord. Leukemia and malignant brain tumors are the result. ..

According to 2-21-2000 US NEWS & World Report on the subject- "Stroke can be beaten if you can catch the danger signs", stroke warning signs are blurred vision, numb fingers, sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body; confusion, trouble speaking or understanding, difficult seeing ; trouble walking or loss of balance or coordination; sudden headache, etc.

This information proves that the symptoms of normal stroke should appear slowly on a patient's face, hands, or feet first while the brain is still in consciousness condition. That's because the blood supply will be slowly blocked off from the brain under normal condition.

It means that a normal stroke patient will slowly developed symptoms on either the face, hand, etc. before he completely lose consciousness and fall down.

That's because the stroke normally occurs when artery that supply blood to brain is narrowed down or blocked off by foreign material or embolus (The embolus might be a bit of arterial wall or a small clot from a roughened artery or a diseased heart).

Therefore, such kind of normal blood-supply blockage occurs slowly and does not suddenly, completely block-off blood supply to the brain.  Thus, the cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism are the normal stroke which are result of  nature causes.

Only in the case of cerebral hemorrhage, the artery is not blocked: It bursts or leaks. Therefore, the suddenly leakage of bloods can cause the target to lose consciousness and fall down (because blood is no longer being supplied to the brain).

However, human organ and artery should only be blocked but should not burst by itself. Therefore, brain hemorrhage is an obvious inducing illness. How?

If the corrupted LEO's invisible operative secretly fly onto a target's brain and use chronal gun bullets on the targeted person's brain, they can burst the artery (or blood/brain barrier) and cause the cerebral hemorrhage. That's why most old people even when their ages are 80s years old, their artery (or blood/brain barrier) never burst or leak. It does show that cerebral hemorrhage is a created illness/death by involved LEO's invisible operatives with chronal gun. It means that symptoms for a normal stroke patient will first slowly appear either on face or hand, etc. before the patient fully lose consciousness and fall down.

However, the induced stroke is to induce cerebral hemorrhage with the chronal gun to burst the artery (or blood/brain barrier) of brain. After burst it, this can cause the artery (or blood/brain barrier) to leak and cause the targeted person to lose consciousness and fall down.

Why?

That's because an induced cerebral hemorhage will cause the artery to leak and the blood to suddenly seep from the rupture into the surrounding brain tissue continuously. Therefore, it can cause victim to totally lose consciousness and fall down. However, before the targeted person being attacked (injure) on artery to lost consciousness and fall down, he is totally normal person without any warning sign of stroke (or as the patients of cerebral thrombosis or cerebral embolism).

Since life control & illness/death inducing techniques become an international conspiracy after 1970s, some life manipulation (inducing stroke) have been done on some victims (as the cerebral hemorrhage).  If the unaware doctors found the artery burst cases and didn't know such kind of artery burst case are caused by chronal gun (damaging the artery), the burst of artery (cerebral hemorrhage) will be considered by unaware doctors as a natural stroke.

However, the classified illnesses/deaths techniques research (Operation PANDORA) information tells that the cerebral hemorrhage must be an induced illness/death of surveillance system.    In 1965-70, there was a research about how to create leaks in the blood/brain barrier in the Operation Pandora  by Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency ((DARPA) under Naval funding.

The above information has further proven that brain hemorrhage must be an artificial illness in life control surveillance system.  Therefore, by using chronal gun to burst the artery (or blood/brain barrier) in brain to cause brain hemorrhage must be a created illness/death.

Furthermore, the word Pandora is a reference to a Greek myth in which little spirits (released from Pandora's box) spread illness/deaths upon people in the world. The hidden meaning of the name of Operation Pandora completely proves that the inside information from Taiwan is true (see details on Part IX-A).  

The "little spirits" was the original secret codename of invisible operatives in 1965-70 and have been changed to "bees".  That's because most westerners know that the "little spirits" is invisible, tiny and will spread illness/death on man.

Furthermore, Col. John Alexander is deeply involved in life control surveillance system and dedicated to the development of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior" (see details on following attachment).

Since John Alexander is dedicated to develop the advanced technology for "invisible warrior", it has further proven that the invisible personnel life control surveillance system have used the advanced technologies to spy on people, control citizens and induce illneass/death on their victims.

Also, it supports the current situation that the involved LEO recruit healthy business stores' owners/managers as their operatives because it is considered that  these operatives' body & organs function work well as super-human.  Furthermore, these operatives will be offered with the mind machine, microwave voice device & sound or radiation wave weapons to enhance their abilities in surveillance system in order to spy citizens or induce illness/death on their victims.

From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves with regard to the so-called "Moscow signal."  This project appears to have been quite extensive and included (under U.S. Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier and production of auditory hallucinations. Despite attempts to render the Pandora program invisible to scrutiny, .....

Alexander wrote a book an article (and later co-authored a book entitled The Warrior's Edge) published in Military Review in which he outlined a number of hitherto "fringe" subjects --including telepathy - - that should be brought in to the battery of future weapons.   Alexander is dedicated to the development of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible warrior."

Why would the above case occur on the floor of Taiwan's Senate? That's because it is the perfect cover, these operatives are invisible and tiny when they are hiding in the invisible electromagnetic field.  No one will be able to see their actions.  None of the senators presented for the Prime Minister's report at that day saw anyone injuring this senator (chairman of the Defense Committee) who was in very good health condition.

Brain hemorrhage was induced on this senator because Chiang Ching-Kuo was eager to obtain more political power from his father. Therefore, he didn't like the fact that President Chiang Kai-Shek trusted other officers and continued to manage Taiwan by himself.  Therefore, Chiang Ching-Kuo used the corrupted LEO's invisible operatives of surveillance system to induce cerebral hemorrhaging on the Senator with the chronal gun.

The Senator displayed the symptoms of minor-stroke after his life was saved by doctors.  He developed speech impediment and lost the use of his limbs. He became semi-retired.

It means that the Senator's brain was injured with chronal gun by Taiwan's corrupted LEO's invisible operatives to cause cerebral hemorrhage. It is certainly a logical answer to what happened to the Senator. This Taiwan senator had practiced Chinese Kung-Fu for over fifty years.  It kept him in very good physical conditions (before he got brain hemorrhage, he didn't have any following symptoms or warning sings of strokes -e.g. numb fingers, blurred vision, sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body; confusion, trouble speaking or understanding, difficult seeing ; trouble walking or loss of balance or coordination; sudden headache, etc.)

It proves that his artery that supply blood to brain is neither narrowed down nor blocked off by foreign material or embolism, it has shown the artery (or blood/brain barrier) burst must be caused by intentional injury with chronal gun.

In life control surveillance system, these invisible operatives control anyone according to one's health condition.   Before this senator frequently practiced Chinese Kung-Fu and controlled by an invisible operative who belong to Kung-Fu team of life controllers. After this Senator was induced brain hemorrhage, he became a old man under weakened condition with medical care.    Therefore, the Senator was switched to the team which control old & weakened persons to continuously manipulate the Senator's health.   The Senator's health was recover a little bit and walk with a stick after one year's medical care.    In 1970, the Senator called the vice secretary of defense department Mr. Ma for his son's personal business.    However, the above action angered the invisible operative who control the Senator's life.  That's because after the Senator was induced brain hemorrhage and stayed at home for recovery, the Senator had been decided that he was not allowed to contact high ranking political persons anymore (they might want to stop President Chiang Kai-Shek further meeting Senator Yu anymore).

Therefore, an invisible operative (who was responsible to keep this Senator under close surveillance & life control in the old & weakened team) secretly entered the Senator's home.    This invisible operatives flew around the senator and used chronal gun to attack the lung of the senator.  Furthermore, the invisible operative used the microwave weapon to attack the Senator until the weakened Senator felt serious cold.    It caused the weakened Senator got fever at that night and died in hospital within three weeks for multiple disease.

It means that the senator was killed with another illness/death inducing techniques from the invisible operatives of Taiwan surveillance station/system.

After I repeatly report that cerebral hemorrhage is an induced illness/death on internet, the corrupted LEO and invisible operatives of surveillance system have used different tactics to mislead people and society. For example, the invisible operatives have induced brain hemorrhage on some senior patients who originally have storke symptoms and stayed in hospital for stroke. These patients would be considered to die for natural cause for their stroke. However, to mislead public, the invisble operatives of surveillance system would specially induce cerebral hemorrhage on the stroke patient (who is a famous person in society). Thus, after the media report the famous person's death of cerebral hemorrhage to society, it can mislead people to mistakenly believe that cerebral hemorrhage is a natural illness/death. They can achieve this so easily because the involved LEO of surveillance system have used the invisible operatives of local surveillance station/system to control everyone's life in society over several decades.

Second Case:

A Taiwan retired, senior general, Mr. Chai, liked to privately criticize the politicians of his days. His strong criticisms in a high ranking political person's home caused the invisible operative (who was responsible to spy on the high ranking political person) to notify other operatives to injure him. A invisible operative entered his home from surveillance station/system and used the microwave radiation & infrasound to attack his digestive tract (stomach). Furthermore, the invisible operatives flew under the toilet (from basement) and use infrasound to attack the anus of Mr. Chai when he set on the toilet for excrete waste.

After a long period of inducing illness/death, this retired general went to the hospital for medical care because he had not been able to excrete waste for over three days. When the doctors operated on him to check the intestine, the doctors found his intestine had rotted and burst open. Nothing could have been done and the retired general died on the operating table in early 1980s.

Example Three:

In the early of 1980s, Taiwan's Premier Sun Yun-Chuan suddenly suffered brain hemorrhage and a stroke while he was shaving in the bathroom in the morning after he had waken up.  This made headlines on all of the Taiwan's newspapers.

Mr. Sun was a very good Premier and carried out the economic development plan (The Ten Construction Plan) very successfully during in his term in office.  Most people believed that he would be Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo's successor.   In 1978, Mr. Sun had been promoted to Premier after Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo left the position (because Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo was elected to be Taiwan's President in 1978).

This means that Premier Sun's political prestige was the second only to President Chiang Ching-Kuo.  However, this might not have been viewed favorably by President Chiang Ching-Kuo since he was only in his first term.  It was obvious that Mr. Chiang didn't want to transfer the political power to anyone so fast at the time.  Also, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo needed a Vice President who was native to Taiwan (and not a mainlander from China) to consolidate his rule (so it would appear that the government is composed of and represent Taiwan's people and not just run by mainland Chinese who had retreated to Taiwan in 1949).

At that time, Taiwan's Vice President Shic was seriously wounded by a mail bomb sent by overseas Taiwanese who were involved in the Taiwan Independence Movement.  With the Presidential election only a year away, Mr. Chiang Ching-Kuo was very concern about who was going to be his running mate (V.P. candidate).

Since Premier Sun was the most famous political official, it has led Taiwan's people to believe that he should be the front runner for becoming Mr. Chiang's running mate on the upcoming election.

Why?

During Premier Sun's term, Taiwan's government carried out its first set of modernization plan ("The Ten Construction Plan"), this brought about record economic growth and prosperity.  So, it was logical for President Chiang to reward Premier Sun by nominating Premier Sun as the Vice President candidate (At the time, President Chiang's nomination is equivalent to a promotion).  But, President Chiang will not do this because he needed a native born Taiwan politician (Mr. Sun was from the mainland).  So, President Chiang would have to promote a Taiwan officer (who's office was far lower in the government) over Premier Sun.  This would be very unpopular and unfair to Premier Sun because of Mr. Sun's exceptional achievement (in the eyes of the people).

President Chiang might also be displeased because most of Taiwan's people had credited Premier Sun for the rapid economic growth associated with the "Ten Constructions Plan" (leaving President Chiang out in the cold).  Then, Premier Sun suddenly suffered from brain hemorrhage and a stroke.  He was confined to his home where he was undergoing physical rehabilitation to recover motor skills after being discharged from the hospital.  Therefore, Mr. Lee Teng-Hui (who was Taiwan's governor at the time) was easily nominated (promoted) to be the candidate for Vice President.

Premier Sun's brain hemorrhage had developed suddenly and without warning.  According to the information reported in the newspaper at the time, there are many unresolved issues.

Now, I would further clarify it based on these facts.

According to the news report, Premier Sun was found lying on the floor of the bathroom in the morning.  He was taken to the hospital immediately, and he was diagnosed to have suffered brain hemorrhage.

In Taiwan, high ranking officials usually have special or personal physicians who monitor the officials' health conditions regularly.  If Premier Sun had symptoms of conditions which could cause brain's artery to be blocked, he would be notified by the physician immediately and receive medical care to correct the conditions.  However, this didn't happen, so it shows that Mr. Sun was in good health and conditions.

Furthermore, since Mr. Sun just got up from bed in the morning, it has shown he should have had enough rest to recover his energy.  How could he suddenly lose control and be lying on bath room to cause brain hemorrhage (when he had recovered energy to shave in the morning)?

It is also illogical to claim that Premier Sun suddenly got hemorrhage because his brain got injury after he fell down?  That's because if a person fall down, it might cause injury on external head but should not cause injury inside the brain (especially. it will not cause the artery of brain to burst).

On the other hand, cerebral hemorrhage has become a well-known life manipulation technique of corrupted LEO & operatives with chronal gun in 1970s.

The above attachment of life manipulation (PANDORA) research information proves that the brain hemorrhage must be an artificial illness.    In 1965-70, there was a research about how to create leaks in the blood/brain barrier in Operation Pandora by Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) under Naval fund.

Therefore, the Taiwan's high ranking life controllers should have used invisible operatives to secretly enter Prime minister Sun's Mansion and intentionally used chronal gun to burst Premier Sun's brain artery (or blood/brain barrier) while he was shaving, the suddenly leakage of bloods caused Premier Sun to lost consciousness and fell down (because blood is no longer being supplied to the brain) on the bathroom floor.

After being induced the brain hemorrhage, Premier Sun's political prestige could no longer be compared with that of President Chiang.    Also, President Chiang was able to nominate Mr. Lee Teng-Hui as Vice President without having to worry about public and political resentment for overlooking Premier Sun.

Since life manipulation techniques can be used to induce illness/death on anyone from surveillance station/system without most victims' knowledge, these techniques have been used by the Taiwan's life controllers to secretly eliminate some key political officers & the controllers' opponents.

Therefore, if some well-known government officers become corrupted, President Chiang would also use the life controllers to secretly kill these corrupted officers and avoid exposing the Taiwan's government to public embarrassment.  It was President' Chiang Ching-Kuo's goal to resolve these problems quickly and secretly, so the government's reputation will not be damaged (There was no opposition party in Taiwan at that time, so it was very important for Chiang to keep any type of official's corruption secret.  So, it will not anger the people and cause opposition to his government).

Fourth example,
In the 1970s to 1980s, a well-known official, Mr. Sheo-Chang Yan, was the Commissioner of Taiwan Retired Veteran's Construction Commission (TRVCC) which hires mostly retired veterans to do construction work.  The above construction commission (employs over one thousand employees) is operated by Taiwan's government and had many overseas contracts for construction projects in several foreign countries at that time.

However, Mr. S. C. Yan was secretly taking commission from foreign business and had a secret Swiss bank account.  Mr. S.C. Yen's secret, large-sum deposit in foreign bank was first discovered by some of his subordinates in the late 1970s.  That's because TRVCC has a huge budget to purchase advanced construction equipment from foreign construction equipment and machinery suppliers (these business gave Mr. S. C. Yan a percentage of the purchase price as commission which was not allowed under Taiwan's law).

Furthermore, it was known & privately discussed by his subordinates that Mr. Yan usually fly to Switzerland for unknown reason when he had a chance to inspect any branch of the TRVCC working in foreign countries.  The Taiwan's life controllers found out about this and started to investigate Mr. S. C. Yen.

In the early of 1980s, Taiwan's newspaper reported that Mr. Yan was found to have died of a "heart attack" in a small hotel in Europe.  According to news report, Mr. Yan was supposed to be inspecting the overseas operation of TRVCC in the Middle East and other Asian countries.  The visit to Europe was not on Mr. Yen's official schedule, and it was unknown why Mr. Yan detoured to Europe on his Asia and Middle East inspection tour.

According to insider information, after Taiwan' life controllers tracked Mr. Yan in overseas travel and proved Mr. Yan had been corrupted, Mr. Yan was killed by Taiwan's overseas life controllers with radio-frequency weapon (to die as if natural cause- heart-attack) after the Taiwan 's invisible operatives secretly entered Mr. Yan's hotel room (after using invisibility technology from this European country's surveillance station/system).

Furthermore, there are some other reason to show that Mr. S. C. Yan was killed by Taiwan overseas life controllers?

That's because Mr. Yan's health histories indicated no heart problem at all, so he should not have died of a "heart attack" in his sleep.

Why was Mr. Yan killed in the small hotel of the European country and was not killed in Taiwan?

There are three reasons:

First reason:  In overseas, Mr. Yan traveled alone and it shows he could be easily killed with death inducing technique by the Taiwan's overseas life controllers without attracting others' attentions.

Second reason:  The Taiwan's life controllers should try to recover the money ("commission") from Mr. Yen's secret bank account before killing him.  So, the life controllers would use microwave voices and life-control weapons to secretly interrogate Mr. Yan to tell them the secret code to access his secret bank account in the hotel of the European country.  Therefore, after the life controllers made sure the money were recovered, they killed Mr. S. C. Yan in his bed after the secret interrogation to avoid the invisibility technology  secret leaking.

Third reason:  Taiwan have many foreign affair, officers and overseas life controllers who worked and lived in this European country because Taiwan and this European country had good relations.

Therefore, under the secret agreement of life controllers, the foreign life controllers would support Taiwan's overseas life controllers to use the invisibility technology of surveillance station/system.  Thus, the invisible operatives of Taiwan overseas secretly entered the hotel's room which Mr. Yan lived to interrogate him and kill him with radio-frequency weapon.  This  caused him to die as if heart-attack on surface.

The case of Mr. S. C. Yan has further proven life control is an international conspiracy and there is no national border between life controllers.

From the above case, it is shown that the Constitutions of those countries which use life control surveillance system cannot guarantee the rights & lives of its citizens.  As long as the life controllers can remotely manipulate or kill anyone from the life control surveillance system's control station without victims' knowledge, THE RIGHTS TO LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS DOES NOT EXIST!!!

In Taiwan, the life control surveillance system is kept as such a top secret without any regular officer's knowledge.   Therefore, even Taiwan's Premier could not know about it.   I believe most of Americans don't know the reality of America's Life Control Surveillance System neither.
