This page lists many of my bad experiences and some good experiences as consumer I experienced in the United States.
CAVEAT: All experiences are personal; some of these could be
just unfortunate events that happened only once to me; or some of
these might be due to how the stores or services operate their
business. I cannot judge.

And Many Unfortunate Experiences
I seem to have a bad carma to have trouble with many merchants.
- Bank of America
- too many mistakes; fees on anything
- Busvan for Bargains (furniture retailor)
- extremely inflexible delivery policy with insufficient explanation
- CompUSA, SF (computer retailor)
- distrust customers by inspecting bags
- Hero'es (used car dealer)
- unwilling to repair car that came with deffect
- Health Net (medical insurance/managed health care)
- 30 days cancellation policy
- discount-hotels.com a.k.a. HRN=Hotel Reservation Network
- introduced a minimally equipped motel as first class hotel
