shira says, "This photo was taken around Christmas 1999 at a K-Mart in up-state New York. The man on the left is Monte Melnick, tour manager for The Ramones, and a dear friend of Joey's. I am the female (Monte's girlfriend) in the pic. The girl is the daughter of another dear friend of Joey's who lives up-state. We all spent the past few years' holidays there. Many happy times and memories there for all of us."
