To our valued customer,

No Returns accepted after 10 business days upon receipt of sales receipt or invoice. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department and assigned a customer return authorization number. The assigned (RA#) must be printed on the outside of all return packages. We cannot accept returns without this authorization number on the packages. Please be aware, we DO NOT Accept Returns on Tampered, Opened Products, Tools, or 100 ft spools. There is an automatic 20% restocking fee on non-defective and accepted returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
