LAUNCHING PROJECTS WHERE YOUTH & ADULTS COLLABORATE
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR LARGER COMMUNITY

CURRENT PROJECT:

SEBASTOPOL COMMUNITY GARDEN
HONESTY™ is part of the Advisory Council
of the new Sebastopol Community Garden
(located at the Gazebo on Laguna Park Way,
across the street from Sebastopol cinemas).

The new community garden has 2 acres with spaces for individual and community plots. The ground has been broken and edibles were planted by P.E.A. (Planting Earth Activation), by the Sebastopol Senior Center and by community members.

HONESTY™ is responsible for the Community Building aspect of the garden. We are providing orientation days where volunteers practice clear communication, and learn effective ways of handling misunderstandings or differing points of view. All volunteers are invited to start their participation with a free orientation day. We will be teaching cooperation, organic gardening and sustainability - weaving community and gardening together.

GROW FOOD AND BUILD COMMUNITY!

THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND COMMUNITY GARDEN, OPEN TO ALL.
PLOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS.
