Our home is a 3-story stone fisherman's house on the most colorful street in town. The ground floor is L'Art Vivant Gallery, complete with small kitchen and bath. The 2nd floor is our apartment, available to rent Oct.-May. The 3rd floor is a self-contained rental unit, furnished with a double-bed loft and a single bed below. Ideal for a couple, as it is basically one large room with minimal walls, available year-round.

All three levels are heated, making winter-time vacations possible.

High Season	June - Sept.	$800/week
Mid Season	April, May, Oct.	$700/week
Low Season	Nov. through March	$1000/2 weeks, $1600/month

The whole house (all three floors) could be used by a group for painting or hiking vacations, etc. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably.

Hello Painters, Every summer, I host artists - two at a time - in my upstairs apartment "Chez Matisse" in Collioure, France. I will be supervising my L'Art Vivant gallery on the ground level - living and painting in my apartment on the second floor, and the two of you will be living in the loft apartment on the third floor and painting in the village and nearby vineyards. This is a structured vacation for painters who cherish the time and environment necessary to produce work in the company of other creative beings. Join me! Carole
