Micro Basic Phonostage
Convenient
and affordable - using a small audio chassis and a special mounting pass-through
hole, the Micro Basic can be positioned very close to the signal source. Direct
switching between MM-MC operation is via a switch on the circuit board accessible
through the chassis. As an analog specialist, Clearaudio uses its expertise
to design and manufacturer high quality phono preamplifiers for every price
range. The power supply of all Clearaudio phono preamplifiers is separate from
the audio chassis, allowing high capacity while simultaneously shielding the
sensitive audio circuits from unwanted interference. Only hand selected and
matched high quality parts are used in assembly to ensure exact RIAA equalisation.

Micro Basic Phonostage
The Basic phonostage
offers both MM and MC capabilities, with enough gain to drive the lowest output
cartridges. It is a very simple unit to operate with a single button switching
between MM and MC functionality. Another nice feature is it dedicated power
transformer, which resides outside the actual phonostage to keep the audio circuit
  as quiet as possible.
The Basic is available in both Black and Silver finish. The layout of the circuitry is optimised for high channel separation, complementing Clearaudio phono cartridges. All of our phono preamplifiers use the Clearaudio non-magnetic MPC RCA jacks.

Balance Phonostage
True symmestrical
layout, balanced (XLR) and single ended (RCA) outputs, and a superb channel
separation are special features of the Balance phono stage. The audio chassis
circuit board is housed in an extruded aluminium block that protects against
unwanted vibrations. The double sized power supply is housed in a separate chassis.
Dedicated for MC cartridges, the Balance is the top choice for use with balanced
  input line stages.
One example of Clearaudio's commitment to quality control is our meticulous in-house procedures including both measurement and listening tests. It is our firm belief that these in-house procedures are the best way to assure utmost quality.
